The Alexander Development requires the public and private sectors to become transformative in the fulfillment of the aims and objectives surrounding the U.N Sustainable Development Goals Agenda 2030 because in September 2019, the UN Secretary-General called on all sectors of society to mobilize for a decade of action on three levels:

1. Global action to secure greater leadership, more resources, and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals;
2. Local action embedding the needed transitions in the policies, budgets, institutions, and regulatory frameworks of governments, cities, and local authorities;
3. People’s actions, including youth, civil society, the media, the private sector, unions, academia, and other stakeholders to generate an unstoppable movement pushing for the required transformations.
